I first met Karyn in 2023, while looking at homes for sale in Whatcom County. After talking with Karyn, I asked if she would represent me in my search for a home. Karyn went to work searching the Multiple Listing Service for homes in Whatcom and Skagit County. Karyn provided numerous homes for sale within the price range we discussed. I also asked Karyn to provide a title company as I would be going with a VA loan. Working tirelessly for many months, she made suggestions for possible properties. After a year of searching I was able to make an offer on a home in Maple Falls.
Karyn then went to work with my lender and Navy Federal Credit Union my lender to insure a smooth closing process. I contacted RE/MAX to list my home and spoke to Karyn. She came to my home, little did I know that I hit the jackpot of agents. Karyn has extensive experience as an escrow officer in addition to being a real estate agent. Even though I live in a mobile home park she treated me like I was selling a million dollar property. I live in a tiny mobile home, but have made extensive investments in the home. Karyn made sure my home would receive the best exposure. She has a professional photographer. We were in constant contact and made sure if I had questions to call her any time. She attends to every detail.
